Fernanda Pereira (Assistant)
Fernanda Pereira works on the food sector during the last 20 years. Reserved and focus on her work, she is the woman of small details that makes difference . She is always ready for the next group at Cooking Lisbon .
She also loves to cook and makes probably the best Rice Pudding Worldwide .
Gonçalo Carvalheiro (Chef)
Originally graduated in Educational Sciences in 2007 and later in Culinary Arts by Escola de Turismo e Hotelaria in Lisbon, worked in Restaurants in Lisbon and at Four Seasons in Lisbon.
He has a passion for food, learn the technical processes and loves music since youngest age. Outside of the kitchen he worked as Training Coordinator for several training companies in Portugal.
Maria Miranda (Chef)
Graduated in Dietetics and Nutrition and later in Production and Kitchen Management has worked at Four Seasons Hotel in Lisbon and The Yeatman in Oporto ( Michelin Star). Has traveler and food lover went to Thailand and Laos where she developed her skills.
During Development of healthy and nutritious recipes for the portuguese book “Receitas Perfeitas ” and Christmas 2016 book for the German brand Lidl .
Tomás Borges (Chef)
Tomás Borges borns in Cascais, Portugal. Cascais was a fisherman village in the past and he preserves his preference for the fish dishes.
Graduated in Cooking at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril. He worked in several Lisbon restaurants and had an international experience in London ( UK ). He loves to travel exploring different cultures and food and sports.
Filipe Cordeiro (Owner & Founder)
Filipe was born in Ericeira. At the age of 6 he moved to Lisbon, a city that he knows from east to west. Filipe loves living, travelling and know the world through its friendships. Filipe worked as a sales man and a programmer, but it was his passion for travelling and for Portugal that lead him to found Different Portugal in 2011 and Cooking Lisbon in 2013. Both brands aims to provide unique and unforgettable moments to our visitors, or friends as he likes to call them.
Luís Lopes (Owner & Founder)
Luís was born in Lisbon and lives in the Portuguese capital during his entire live, a city that he knows from South to North. Worked in marketing management in very different sectors like logistics, training, tourism. Relaxed, he loves to share with travelers the very best of Portugal, besides food and local pastry.
