Monday pastéis de nata could be like a Portuguese national holiday? Yes, possible. Why? Because every Monday we have the baking class where you will learn how to make the famous pastéis de nata.
We start to prepare everything in the morning. Chef Ana Sousa take care of the setup while the rest of the team was taking care of the table. Carefully checking the ingredients for another unique moment with amazing people.
Arriving one by one, the Monday Pastéis de Nata event starts at 9.30 am. After a short brief they are ready to start the assigned tasks, since its hands-on like most of the experiences provided by Cooking Lisbon.
Everyone understood the briefing? Perfect, lets start to wash hands and take position on the working station. Now that everyone is ready, we start to explain the step by step.
