Pastry Class was launched in June 2014 at Cooking Lisbon has a new experience. People make the famous Pastéis de Nata (egg yolks custard).
People love the fact of working with the puff pastry and break eggs. Excited for the final flavour, they are motivated to all the tasks hands on that are given by Chef Isabel Caramelo during the class.
During this last months we have received people interested in learn how to make due to their curiosity, but also Pastry Chefs with who we share and learn. Lily Paré from Casablanca Cakes, Larchmont, New York, USA visited us and we had a lot of fun.
